Hallmark has produced a range of units that cover fundamental aspects of work within the retail industry. For example, candidates will develop an understanding of the importance of communication with customers, the selling process and the purpose of product information. The programme also presents an overview of employment rights and responsibilities, and encourages learners to monitor their own performance and development, enabling them to achieve high standards in their work role.
